It’s now possible to make your presentations more accessible using PowerPoint’s automatic captions. I haven’t used this in a real presentation yet, but experimenting with it I’m quite impressed. It can even do subtitles in another language (translation), although accuracy varies with technical terms.
In the image below, you can see the result of me speaking Arabic with automatic English translation enabled.

As you can see the most commonly used Arabic term for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Arabic (اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه) gets translated as “hypermobility disorder and distraction”.
I guess that’s because it’s not a literal translation of the English term.
Out of interest, I tried various Arabic translation of ADHD and the only one that resulted in a back-translation of “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder” is when I said:
اضطراب نقص الانتباه وفرط النشاط
